The project converted an old police station in Essex and turned it into a help hub for children aged between 8-18. The design was inspired by the concept of a river which is a metaphor for the journey a child takes through life. The new design connected what was once two buildings and created an open reception space which contained a double story void up to the glass roof. At the back of the property there is now a garden area which students can use during their time at the hub.
